Hi can anybody tell me what would be the salary of an assistant professor in Geology in any of the Libya University. I did PhD (Geology) from USA.

..a university professor usually makes about LYD 1,000 a month.
so my guess is that an assistant would make anything below that.
at any rate, someone with a Geology degree ( from the US ) would have higher chances of getting employed by an oil company - and working on site would pay relatively well even if compared to the west -
