Hi! You`d better find a company from a bigger city. They could come and do what you need in Dryanovo. Check the companies in Veliko Tarnovo and Gabrovo. Check the reputation of the company before give them money:)

As said before, better off asking around the Tarnavo area, or have a look around the area you are moving to and see if anyone has just had /having work done, if you have used a lawyer try asking him.
Most builders will want something up front, never pay for the complete job until you are satisfied the work is up to your standard and make sure you get the materials you are paying for.
Beware expats saying they have 25 years experience etc,they would probably use locals anyway and if they were any good they would be earning far more back in the UK.
We are renovating another house in a couple of months time, when we find the builders you are looking for I will let you know,
