I live in Budapest and I'd like to get the motorbike driving licence. Unfortunately, I don't speak hungarian good enough (yet). Does anyone know a school where I can take lessons in english or french ?

Could you not go to France and do a short intensive course and test? A French licence could be converted to a Hungarian one without any more tests apart from a medical.

I can second the advise. Get a license in your "home" country then get an International License and you should be covered!

Thanks for the advice but the french licence is 3 times more expensive and it takes at least a month to do it between the theorical part and the riding part...
