I am a n expat living in Dar Es Salaam, in the oysterbay area, working in the IT Sector.
I would like to ask if anybody can tell me where can I buy a bicycle? The duka shops only sell secondhand and their prices are crazy and for some reason they don't want to negotiate...
Please point me in the right direction.
