I got the offer of 550 which includes everything and job location is Manama, is it a good offer and please help me what things to be taken care while moving from india to baharain.

Please do read up all what has already been written about cost of living. Link in Josnuggles's response above.
You should plan to bring with you stuff you will need to help you settle down. Clothing, footwear, copies of certificates/documents, photographs, and similar. I arrived here many years back with one suitcase of things, nothing fancy. Just enough things for me to get by the first few months.
