Dear Friends,
I got an offer in Riyadh Pharma - IT Division as an ERP Implementation Specialist. I'm offered overall package of 15,000 SAR per month and family visa. I have 9 years of experience in ERP and i'm a computers engineering graduate.
Is this offer acceptable/at par market level. How is the work environment and learning/growth prospects in Riyadh Pharma . Will it be a good move to consider this offer?

I don't really know about the market, but if I have 9 years of experience in IT. I would try to get 20K+ SR, plus paid housing, and health. That is me If you want give us more details on your offer like how much is the basic pay, and what are the benefits.

The main issue is the salary mayn't rise much once u come here and I agree for your experience abt 20K shd be a agreeable figure...
