To work in Kuwait you need work visa. To get work visa you must find a company inside Kuwait to hire you. After they hire you they will send you the visa letter.

You can contact companies and apply through internet web site such as www.bayt.com and http://www.naukrigulf.com.

By the way I got hired through these web sites three times. Just make your CV and keep updating it regularly.
