Am curently moving to Denmark on visit visa but planning to settle in Denmark . am asking if it's possible to a job in Denmark with visit visa and then apply for working permit thanks

I shall not say whether I am right or not, but my bid is that you can only apply from a country abroad.
Unfortunately, I cannot find anything which confirms my assumption or the opposite.
Have you checked https://www.nyidanmark.dk/en-GB ?
and have you checked the job sites for relevant jobs? As you probably know, not every job will qualify for a work permit due to the salary limits.
