Hi everyone!

I want to buy a present for my girlfriend - a car. But she is not here for now (she studies abroad but coming soon). I want to make her a surprise.
Do you know can I buy it and register on her name, pay the number with her name on it without her? What do i need for it? Thanks everyone for answer!

Jason,

I had a problem registering a UK car in my wifes name..but after i had emailed the docs to my wife in the UK and she signed them and sent them back a friend of mine told me i should have just signed in her name (her signature) and told them she had just had an emergency and had gone home....

In fact it took to long for the forms to come so i did sign in her name in the end..... and all went through.... so in my humble opinion i dont think this will be a problem.
