Why Digital Transformation important in each industry.

Natively I am from Pakistan, after completing my first Bachelor's degree in Electronics 1991, had started my first Job with PTCL, Pakistan, and served for a couple of years with Alcatel to migrate Analog, PSTN network to a digital network.
After reaching the top of Telecom companies at C level, in the year 2010 decided to migrate to New Zealand, in Dec 2011 I had migrated to Nz, under-skilled migrant scheme.
After arrival in Nz, I had tried to grab a job in my field, luckily or unluckily, all top companies overqualified me. so in the year 2005 decided to start own company under information technologies,
One our my mate in Nz, who has lived almost a retired life, met me somewhere in Nz, onward we had become the close mates, Bc he was Ex-Telecom Minister, and in the year 2014, he was serving as a Board Director of Government based "Crown Fiber Holding" rolling out national-wide fiber network for GPORN and FTTH. So time to time, he has asked me for some briefing that " how their team has moved forward with the national fiber project.
Then I realized that the Technologies companies in Nz still behind from eas Asia regions.
Started my own company, however after COVID effects, shook the economy all over the world, so I affected too. during locked-down in Nz, I have started a study to appear in a couple of certifications, then I realize that how important is to implement the DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION in each sector, doesn't matter, big or small. Currently, I am looking for a suitable job in the Middle East and working on a public cloud-based solution, which I believed, in the coming decade, this sector would be a billion-dollar creator. I am keen to hear from Industry GURU,s for their expert thoughts on DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION.?
