Anyone out there also looking for Mexico options for their elderly folks? Especially those who don't have much beyond SSI. Tijuana area in particular. I'm looking for any firsthand experience or local knowledge. Thanks!

They are the office that helps with vulnerable families. They can direct you. Clinics and doctors might also help.
