Look here: BMBAH

Then go here:

enterhungary.gov.hu

I Google'd it and you could have done that easily enough too.

It's for 3cc because it's mechatronics projects and I need specialist I worked with them before so it's easier for my company to hire them and also cheaper

They don't sound like very correctly reasoned arguments to hire someone from outside Hungary or the EU.

I cannot see anyone in Hungarian immigration giving your candidate a work visa over a local or regional hire with equally useful skills.

You should hire an immigration lawyer to put your case on the basis of your candidate's skills/knowledge/experience rather than you know them and they are cheaper.

Totally agree with you , reasons should be more reasonable and the immigration lawyer know more than me what to say

Even an immigration lawyer will say pretty much as we have said. Because you know them, will not work. You will have to show and prove that you have searched, advertised the positions both in Hungary and the EU. This could possibly take a year especially now during the coronavirus days. Only then you can accept candidates from outside the EU.

Yes, same for US and other country visas like Aus or NZ

Basically the JD (Job Description) has to be written to match that specific person within the constraints of the law.

I've seen JDs that nearly go as far as specifying shoe sizes, height and eye colour just to fit a specific person.   A lot of countries are still allowed to put in ages and gender too.    Dead giveaway it's  stitch up.

I am quite sure she deserves it.

But I am sure that there is one thing she does that's she's very good at - she knows how to manipulate Donald Trump.  I suppose ancillary to that is how to survive in a DT ego-centric environment.  Her survival instinct might be at a high level - she's actually had kids with him knowing that to perpetuate his genes will open her and her son up to ridicule for the rest of their lives. But money speaks.  Mercenary perhaps but it's a talent. Maybe that's an Eastern European thing - how to adapt to survive in the most absurd system and times.  Good for her.

Thinking ahead ....I expect she'll divorce him post-President for maybe $100-200M and a share of the DT empire.   She might try and pull a fast one and say he's got Alzheimers, obtain power of attorney and then get him committed to a secure hospital.  So long as he's alive she can milk him for what he's worth sidelining all the other Trumpette wannabes.  Judging by his current performances, she doesn't have to wait long - perhaps 2-4 years before he's that he's even more gone than now - he's already unsure of reality.

I am always amused at that look on her face when he said he was President - just after the election.  She looked like "oh God, what the hell is going to happen next - my cosy world imploded".
