Hello All,
I am here in NZ on a vistor's visa from the US. I am feeling very safe being here in NZ vs the US. My visa expires at the end of May 2020. Does anyone know if they will allow us to apply for extensions for health reasons (because there are so many more cases in the US)? I have checked in terms of the number of days I am allowed to stay and so I would have to leave in May. Let me know. Or if you have any recommendations of people to contact. Thanks Val

Hi. I am currently in NZ on a visitor visa from Namibia. According to the immigration website visas expiring after 2nd April 2020 an automatic extension will be granted. On their site, create a RealMe account and then you can search for visa view with your details. I did it and my visa will only expire on 25 September 2020. I think it will be wise to check their site regularly. Hope you come right. Cheers
