The fact that you had to ask is probably the reason you should go elsewhere and find another bank.

Are you sure that this is the link that you intended?  I didn't have the patience to watch all 29 minutes but I did spot check and I didn't find any references to Timo Bank or even any banking references.  If I simply missed them, could you point them out?

I sure am mystified.  The last time I had the same guy but talking about a comparison of Vietnam and the Philippines.  The link took me to the right place this time.  Sorry for the trouble.  I have no explanation of what happened.   

I did notice that the date of the video is January 2019 and there were things in the comments section about the changes taking place in July.

The link worked for me to the 6 minute video.

NOTE: The guy has edited the video description to acknowledge the banking regulation change last year, requiring proof of at least a 1 year legal stay in Vietnam in order to open an account.
