How long is the wait list for public housing in Malta? I am from the U.S and they have section 8. Do they have low income housing thru the housing authority? Their email address listed for the housing authority does not work.
Also, I am interested in living there thru the self sufficiency resident permit. Is anyone eligible for the housing authorities benefits or do you have a to be a citizen of the EU? I am not a citizen of the EU.
