Just want to ask I am being confined in dubai hospital because they said that I am positive in TB and from tourist visa to working visa is there any posible to prevent my departation ???
Because my company told me that they cannot buy my air fare because they already get my visa. Should I be worried or the uae will force them to send me back to philippinese ??

If you have been assessed positive for TB and are being confined then I am sorry to tell you that you will be deported and banned. They will make the company get you a ticket out.
