i am looking fo a house to buy in bulgaria,but till now what i see is from bad quality .we also look in spain in alicante area, they are cheaper and close to the sea,or we look wrong,any tips?

Homes in Spain are not cheaper than BG. Depending on the area in BG you can find very nice homes for a lot less than in the UK or the US. The same goes for apartments.
