Notarize my documents in KL

Hello Members,
Apart from the Indian Embassy or BSL. which other orgnanization\ entity or individual can assist me notarize my documents like Passport, address proof (utility bill) and other documents  in KL ?

I am trying to open an NON RESIDENT account in my home country and the below is the suggested organization(s) that can assist to validate my documents .


Note: Copy of PAN card, Passport, and Foreign address proof to be notarized by Indian Embassy or any other competent authority like Consulate General / Notary Public / Any Court / Magistrate / Judge / Local Banker in the country where the NRI (Non Resident Indian) resides.


#1) My banker in KL (CIMB) can do that?
#2) Any estimates on the charges?
