Here are a few tips you should check on before purchasing a business.

Check the business' taxes on this website:

Also check the debts of the business in Marrakech for example

If a business did not pay any taxes or have a debt of any kind, then stay away from it .
for example look for Riad in Marrakesh like Riad Safir Marrakech

then, check for "disponibilité des bilans" meaning his previous taxes paid to the government of Morocco
