Quarantine facilities in Mauritius for Cats

Hello,

We are moving to Mauritius at the end of the year and are looking to take our cat with us. She is quite timid and sensitive and I am afraid of how the quarantine would affect her.

Could someone give me some insight of what the conditions of the quarantine is like.

For those brought their cats to Mauritius, did they endure quarantine ok?

I am scared that we will do more harm to her than good if we make her go through this process.

Being quite familiar with the quarantine facilities, I can tell you that the things are not as dramatic as we tend to think. The place is tidy and the personnel quite at ease with the pets. You have a daily visit so you can see for yourself. Things have improved a lot on that side - it wasn't quite a nice experience for pets in the past but now it is much much better.
