Both options are great. You can either choose Arapsuyu Mahallesi or Çağlayan Mahallesi. I am sure that you would be satisfied but personally, i would choose Çağlayan Mahallesi. Because Lara has its own environment. Like mall, cafe, clubs. There are many opportunities there. I think it is up to you. It will mostly depend on convenience to your job or education etc.
