Hello all,
is flaxseed oil(gel caps, liquid) readily available in Vietnam? It is a crucial part of my diet(due too intestinal issues).
I also take vitamin c and magnesium supplements daily for health reasons and would like to inquire about them too.

I know there are a couple of GNC outlets around. They should be able to supply you with them, if you cant find elsewhere.

Yep there are a few of them dotted around the city and no doubt a few clones just down the road from them ;-)
