An SMK education is unlikely to be enough. Loads os unemployed mechanics in England so you're not in demand.

Working in England for an Indonesian is as difficult as a working in Indonesia for a Brit. You might find it easier to first try to work in the Netherlands, and then see later about trying again to work in the UK.
