Hi my fellow expats, I am settling down in Panama City and want to learn scuba diving. Would appreciate if anyone can recommend a good scuba diving school near by for complete beginner. Also looking for car pooling buddies (if the diving spots are outside of the city) Thank you!

they have lots of marine, diving and fishing equipment
some of the staff speak english
so they can give you good advise
