I am currently based in Saudi Arabia and i will be working in Erbil soon. I would appreciate if anyone can advise me the possibilities of importing my used car from Saudi Arabia to Erbil and also i would like to know whether i can use my Saudi License in Iraq.

As far as I know, it is not allowed.
I am an Iraqi professional who is resident in UAE, and I asked earlier and the answer was negative, that was like six months ago. No idea if there are new regulations.
