i only see this issue in this website...its funny.. 
now if you are going to send private message to your friend and his/her mailbox is full, you cannot send!!
its weired that in a such website, you r not able to send private message because your friend mailbox is full (not your mailbox)... 
how he/she can know that his/her mailbox is full? he/she might only open this website if he/she saw email on his/her personnal email telling him/her that his/her mailbox on expat-blog is full!! are you sure he/she got email about that?
i dont know....
how do u see this issue? any suggestion?

yes you are right...
but the issue is not from my side...its from the other side...
if the person who i want to send to does not post anything, whats i suppose to do!! i want just to send message for the person!!
its just like you punish me becasue of other person's fault ...in all websites its not like that...
am i right?

We'll soon send direct emails to users whom mailboxes are full. Hopefully they will connect again and empty their mailboxes.
Please note that the most active you are, the bigger is your mailbox
