U can do that as some cases.

Just act like a married couple and everything will be ok.

You can go to diplomatic quarters (DQ) and roam freely,
grab a coffee, snacks & chit chat etc,
not sure about good restaurants in DQ.
and for dinner 'tahlia street' is your place..
you can browse around for restaurants there,
