Hi everyone!
I'm interested in taking up Pilates here in Riyadh (I live near the King Faisal Specialist Hospital), but I have horrible working hours, finishing 6 days per week at 7pm. Does anyone know of any Pilates classes that start from about 7:30pm onwards and would be fairly local? (Within say, a 15-20min radius). I need to start burning off all of this rice that I'm now eating since my arrival a couple of months ago! :-/
If anyone's interested, I would love to have a few Pilates people join me, to make it that little bit more enjoyable :-)
