I have got an offer for 400 omr in a training industry as Marketing Consultant..My 3 months stay will be taken care by the company then i shud be paying it.. Is it a good salary and how is training market now is it easy to market it or diffucult in present situation in Muscat, please guide me.

The salary mentioned is average for a bachelor.
Not sure what exactly you mean by "a training industry".
Any sales position comes with its own challenges - mostly relating to targets and deliverables.
Yours would be no different, as any employer would expect to reap at least twice, or thrice of the investments made in manpower.

if you are new in oman and its your first job in GCc then its a good offer and market is not too difficult you should keep working with honest then you will have good result.
