I believe all low cost packages were taken in less than 24hrs.

There was limited seats for Low Cost HAJ which already reserved,So go for Normal Package if it is available,Check the HAJ Ministry online portal for more update.

Thanks upto which date we can pay ? Is there any quota system ? So I pay in hands and get letter ?
