Music in Malta

Music is very big in Malta , and the genres are mixed
Joseph calleja is a local artist , that you must go and see , he does an annual concert where he invites various other acts to join him in the past hes had leona lewis and this year he will be having anastacia ( im looking forward to it)

alot of the music events in malta are free entry  such as the Beland Music festival  and isle of mtv both held annually - some of the acts that have done isle of mtv have been nicola scerzinger and jason derula

but malta also offers many small music acts the chance to perform too such as airport impressions , paul abella and his band and various tribute acts

other acts to perform in malta this year include Air supply

they also love their jazz music and you can find many bars and restaurants that have  a weekly music act
