Ejari Dubai

Hi All,
I recently moved to Dubai and rented an apartment in JLT. I have been told by my real estate agent I am required to register the lease agreement with Ejari / RERA. The charges seem to be in the AED 200 range (or more if you register with Ejari online).
Can anybody tell me who pays for the Ejari registration service? Can I ask my landlord to pay, at least, part of it?
Thanks.
Will

It is not in black and white how pays for the Ejari, but norm is Tenant does as it protects more tenants then Landlord hence its in your interest to get it done.  cost is i guess 195
