Hi,

I am working in Dubai since September'14 it is an unlimited contract. I would like to change to a new Job now. I am prepared to give my current company one month notice. I wanted to know will there be ban or something like that.

Depends. If you have not completed two years, you will have a ban . However if you are getting a new job in free zone area, these bans are not applicable. If your new job salary is 5000 and above or if you have an attested graduation certificate, you can lift the ban
