Maltas worst

As has previously been mentioned there is good and bad - where possible I would advise people to deal with owners direct as you save money don't usually get fobbed off and you create a direct relationship with them which is always better for sorting out any problems . Also many agents will say no pets where as direct they will base it on a case by case basis etc

We have moved twice over here and used the same agent both times, on each occasion the deal has been finalised after meeting the Landlord and agreeing terms. The agent has provided a basic lease agreement which has then been amended to suit. If you get the right agent it works fine.
