With my little knowledge about car repairs and maintenance. I think its better to do service, overhauls n all mechanical work from a designates manufacturer centre, to avoid regrets.Lexus is a brand of Toyota, hope am right.so I think you can go to any nearby Toyota centre and make various inquires. They will check it out and quote the necessary parts that need changing or they will direct you to a specialised Lexus centre , if there is one .good luck
it is possible only for GCC spec cars
Oh sorry about that, may be you can try to Google out something but I think Gcc are more popular here
