I am a US citizen living in Phnom Penh and want to visit the "Special Shopping Zone" in Ha Tien, Vietnam. Do I need a Vietnamese visa at this time to stay only a few days?

Being a US citizen, you need visa to enter Vietnam only just few days. But the visa is quite easy. You can choose to do visa on arrival.
