Im curious how good is 300 to 450 rent per month of housing in Khobar. Is this fully furnished and not bad or just like living in the slums? Please describe in detail if possible.

If you are talking in terms of SAR, then I really doubt if you can get anything decent in that !!

You may get something for SAR 300, but provided you are ready to share your room with 10 other men in one of the modest housing areas of the city.
