1) Can a person bring a bible or have it through a phone app?

you can because it is your personal live. no one can prevent ya from bringing it.

2) How long can you drive using your international driving license?

I think for three months. However, you can get Saudi License because it is easy to get.


3) Is there any restrictions on the content on your phone or PC when entering the country?

I am not quite sure what do you mean by content. if you give me details about the content i might help.

4) If my office is in Al-Olaya will it be easy for me to find rice and curry delivered to my office or buy it from a shop close by.?

yes, it is. you can go to any Indian restaurant and get what you want.
