You chances to get a job here are close to zero. Only if you have proven special skills what locals do not have there might be a possibility, further you then will need to find a company willing to sponsor you a KITAS and work permit.

A foreign national with special skills can get a work permit.
No special skills, you can pretty much forget legal work.

Only if you have special skills what locals don't have you may be able to get a work permit. Working in a warehouse is something locals can do thus there will be no chance for the employer to obtain a work permit for you.
