Hello everyone,
I and one of friend have an idea to become a tourguide that we will take people to visit the orginal places where yet to be tourism place before. The trip must follow the rules of keeping safety environment of community and tourist can enjoy the pure and peaceful life and integrate into the local life by daily routines. At present, we already have draff of eco- tours to Lao cai province but we are quite embarrassed on the first steps. We dont have fund to open a company and we are working now as freelancers/interviewers. Do you have any suggestion or advices for us?

A tour guide requires a VNAT licence. Otherwise you are illegal. Better check with them fist - they are in Ha Noi.

You are very right Jaitch.
To be a (legal) tourguide, you need an official license.
To be a company owner, you need some other requirements (sure you already knew)
