Will start working in cyberjaya, selangor by end of month.
Currently in mind what I'm looking for is a semi furnished, single occupancy property. Under 800RM/month.
A friend of mine who's stayed in MY, recommend cyber heights.
Would be of help if you folks can share your knowledge, recommendations.

I am afraid I dont think you will get anything at that price. Some rooms at Cyber Heights cost that much. You will probably have to pay from RM1300 per month. (This link has rooms and whole units.)

I can recommend unit in Petaling Jaya (studio 300sf) semi furnished, I think the price is around 900 RM, and probably you can have discount.
The condo is in an area called PJ section 14, and it s 15 min walk to LRT, there are bus stations around, but then I am not sure how much time it should take to get to your destination.

Transport to Cyberjaya will be an issue. There is no mass public transport. This is a dedicated bus service that serves Cyberjaya.
