Perspex sheeting

Acrylite, Lucite, Perspex and Plexiglas are popular trade names for Poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA).  PMMA is an economical alternative to polycarbonate (PC) when extreme strength is not necessary.

My favourite plastics wholesaler is located at the intersection of NGUYEN THI CHANH @ NGUYEN KIM STREETS (GPS 10.758382, 106.661523). Unfortunately, it is in Quan 5, Ho Chi Minh City.

I have searched several trade resource directories and the nearest is HCMC.

P.S. You can't buy proper Poly glue here - I use cyanoacrylate glue (the chemical name for Crazy Glue).

Polycarbonate is very easy to bend - I have made several motorcycle wind-shields using a couple  of gas burners then forming over a large diameter plastic sewer pipe. Drill at low speed.
