Questions for NGHA Workers! Please respond!

Hi everyone:

I'm close to accepting a position as an Administrative Assistant at NGHA in Riyadh.  I have a few questions for those who have previously found positions there.   I'm sure I will be able to ask the recruiter, but I would feel better asking those who live there and work there, preferably in a similar position.

What hours can I expect to work? Is there a standard or does it vary?
What's the range in salary? What can I expect as an Administrative Assistant I with 8 years experience (4 in administrative positions)?
Are you able to travel within the country? How about outside?
Do you keep your passport with you or do they take it with them?
Do American women (single) typically live in Yamama 3? Usually with roommates?
Do they provide transportation outside of the compound or usually not? Can you give an approximate fare for a taxi?
What were your responsibilities with your visa? How fast did you obtain a visa?
Did you receive a relocation stipend? How much was it? What was the excess baggage allowance?
Do you find there are many opportunities for growth?
What is the training like?
