We are a small expat family living near exit 5 looking for a full time maid (preferably philipina or indonesian) having experience in dealing with kids. a promise of a raise and iqama transfer if proven being professional.

It's quite difficult if not impossible to find a full-time expatriate maid. You need to bring her from her own country and issue her a visa. However, you can find plenty of part-timers who are willing to make extra cash .. mainly hospital nurses .. but you need to agree with them in full confidentiality as they are not allowed to work for anybody else as per their contracts.
