With the job market being what it is I would say that there is no guarantee that you would get a job.
It would depend very much on what the company wants. One thing most of them want is someone with work experience not just a degree.
Don't let me put you off, by all means check on getting a visa and then look for a job.

Job guarantee is almost none existant nowadays. Especially if you're in the private sector. Having said that, even if you were in public sector doesn't guarantee anything. Best advice is make sure you have substantial savings to get you through rough times in the event it does happen.
