I secured 90% in 10th class and 89.4% in my 11th class and I am waiting for my grade 12 result. I want to know whether there are scholorships in german college to study electronics and communication engineering or not and if there is then will I get or not ?

There are basically no scholarships for the first two years of study. Show very good results during this time and you ca apply for various stipends afterwards.
