150-200 BD Apartment ?

You will find it very hard to find a flat for 150-200 BD. www.bahrainpropertyworld.com is an excellent resource to help you find accommodation or have an understanding of rental prices.

You may be able to find apartments in that range but do bear in mind these could be old buildings in crowded areas with no lifts (or elevators).

2BHK in a not too nice an area is all you will find. If you go to BD300 - 350 you will find a better place in a better area. A guy I work with rents a gorgeous 2 bed apartment in Saar (totally away from the little area that has troubles) and it is beautifully furnished and fully inclusive. He is very happy there. It's just behind St Chris Junior school.

You can try to look for apartments in Muharraq and Galali. They have some apartmetns for 200 BD range.
