Do yo know what chat software is most popular in Brazil? I'm interested in making friends with Brazilians. I'm in China and often use QQ and What's APP.

Not that I'm aware of, at least here in Brazil anyway, but you can always make friends here on EB and when you do you could ask them in a private message if they have Skype, FB or Whatsapp.
