Hi all, Pls I will like to know if gulfengineeringcouncil.org genuine? and if any one has had a dealling with them. i registered on their site recently and thereafter i wast told to make a payment, my MasterCard has expired so they told me to use westernUnion to this account :

Now i was wondering why am i transferring to a personal account and not the organisation's account, i told them to give me time but they kept pressuring me to pay in 2 days. Before I pay i want to ask if anyone knows them to be genuine or not?
