If you are referring to unlock your private mail system, you need more participating on the blog.
A couple more posts on different forum and your system will automatically unlock.

Hey Anastasia,

Welcome to Muscat! I hope you're finding your feet and getting to know people here. If you're ever down for some camping, there's a little group of us down here in Ibra and we're going to be doing some regular weekend beach camping over the next few months.
